Armani claimed I owed $941.00 from a pay day loan from 2006 and then when asked for more details and I told her that the information did not add up and I would go to court she wanted me to talk to her supervisor. I asked for information in writing. They would send me the information by e- mail but would not send it in the mail. Again I stated that I would take my chances in court. Every time I asked a question she started quoting laws and regulations. Just a bunch of BS

this girl called me about a payday loan and said they were going to legal action with this and then i agreed to do payment of 50 dollar a month and gave them my checking account information with a supervisor named jessica. when i got off the phone with her i thought something was not right my friend told me to go on the internet and research them i found a website for the attorney general in the state of michigan who checks to see if they are even a legimate collection company. Guess what they are not and the attorney general said they have to have a collection agency license to collect a debt in Michigan and THEY DO NOT i repeat they do not. i called Jessica back to cancel my checks and they better not run these checks or i will turn them in for fraud.

here is an update on this company according to the Attorney General in Maryland they are not even licensed in the state of Maryland which according to the Attorney General is against the law. I knew something wasn't right about this company and I intend to help all of you other people being harrased by them. If you receive a call from them contact your Attorney General for your state and together we can have this company shut down. I will continue to follow this online and I will post comments in any forum i can find to make sure this company is stopped. In the meantime the Attorney General suggested I contact an Attorney in my area with all the information I have it seems like I will be the suing them for not being licensed in the state of Maryland and for using illegal tactics to collect a debt

i am so tired of these companies calling me and threatening me with bad check writing in my state of Maryland. this company just called me and when I called them back they begin to threaten me with legal action and bad check writing. this is a pay day loan and I never wrote a check, also don't they know that they have outlawed these pay day loans in the state of maryland and legally no one has to pay these outstanding loans. I am in the process of filing complaints on every web site I can find and that includes the Attorney General for the State of Maryland and the Federal Trade Commission. this company better watch out because by the time I am through with them they will wish they had never called and threatened me.

Denise Cook claiming to be from the legal department of CRS left a message on my answering machine stating that since I didn't respond to her call from a week ago regarding a legal matter, that she will have no choice but to contact my employer to verify my income. She said that her client would be willing to settle the matter but since I didn't respond, I am now in trouble. I have not and will not respond to her messages.
