I got a call from this number and they told me they were from the county clerk's office and were looking for a person who I know. I asked what county and he told me california so I knew they were FOS. I am a realtor and they were trying to get the number of one of my clients. I am reporting them immediately to ftc.gov. Obviously they do not adhere to fair debt collection practices. 855-727-3700
