David Garcia, who sounded West Indian left a message about an IRS bill that is due that I owe, and before I get "arrested" I should speak to him about it. I tried calling back, there was no answer. Sounds very shady.....

Got this call 10/1 stating the same things. Arrest, fines, jail time. Even gave me his IRS ID#. Total scam but very scary as they started the conversation with fraud and warrant for arrest. Now I have heard it all!
