I keep receiving phone calls from a company claiming to be from Chevy wanting to extend my coverage. I have told them that I am on the no call list. I have asked them to remove my phone number from their list but they keep calling. I called Chevy and they have told me it is not them.
The company's name is DEALER'S PROCESSING CENTER in IRVIN, CA. The last person I spoke to was Kevin Miller.

Guy said he was from the Dealer Processing Center out of Baltimore. Said this was the official name of the company. I reminded him I am on the Do Not Call list.
He said it doesn't apply to him.
We need to go after these people. It's clearly telemarketing and they say they are exempt because it is a courtesy call. How is it courteous and it is a sales call.
