Received this twice today. It is an automated call with a pre-recorded message asking about credit card debt and to press 1 for more info. Pressing one takes you to a menu announcement that all agents are busy, leave a name and phone number for call back.

I do not have a Capital One card, and the few times they've left a message it has been about "exciting offer"s. Nothing I've tried has worked to get them to stop calling me. Half the time I can't get a hold of an actual person on the line. And when I do they hang up when I tell them to remove my number from their list.
