Okay so let me start off by saying these ppl are ridiculous. First off they called my house saying that I was being sued by a bank that I worked with last year and that they wanted to know if I was home so they could deliver a summons. Umm you aren't supposed to tell ppl you r bringing them a summons so that was a red flag (even 80 yr old gma saw that). Then I ask him if there was anyway I could settle and he said let me get them on the phone and ask. So he puts me on hold for 60 secs and comes back with a deal. Seriously? There is no way he did it that quick. I played along and told them I would call back. I called the bank that was supposedly sueing me and she told me that my account was still open and they don't evn sue people like that. So I called christopher house back and he then changed his story to me being sued by cashnet usa. Lol, I told him I didn't believe him and I hung up. To make it short kevin Carlson called me from united arbitration saying he didn't see and "stand down papers" and he was gonna be at my home between six and seven to deliver the summons and if I wasn't home he would leave it on the door. What a joke! That's not receiving a summons therefore it wouldn't be valid. So he never showed up. I called them back Tuesday and he said that he didn't deliver it cause the attorney in the town over from me was gonna deliver it..hmm. another lie. I asked what the name was of the attorney and he gave me a name and street and I googled it and it doesn't exsit..imagine that! I called him back and ask for the number of the attorney and he put me on hold for 30 seconds then came back on and said that he just got off the phone with them and he was instructed not to give it to me. What a lie. Bottom line kevin Carlson and Christopher house can shove it. They r nothing but debt collecters and arbitration firms don't call ppl about summons for court. The point of arbitration is to keep people out of court. Such lies.

I have learned they go by more than 1 name. DELAWARE ARBITRATION GROUP and UNITED SERVICE OR ARBITRATION. When I call Michael Waters back at 302-449-9468, a number that is out of Delaware, I get his voice mail that states they are Delaware Arbitration Group. When I asked Waters for an address to send cease and disist letter to, he gave me 2945 Delaware Ave, Kenmore NY 14217. That is an adress different from the one that is listed on the internet for DELAWARE ARBITRATION. 411 tells me the phone # for the address that Waters gave to me is 716-877-2318. They threatened to sue, but never gave me the name of their company or mentioned this is an attempt to collect a debt. Mrs. Crawford also called from the same # Waters did and said be available between 1-5 tomorrow because basically SHE is comming to get us. Kinda hard to do from Delaware when we are in NY.

Same kinda call. Came from 302-449-9468 though, but due to research it comes to Delaware Arbitration Group. Never mentioned attempt to collect a debt. due to that they can be sued! They never mentioned their name, I got it on my call that went to their voice mail because he did not want to take my call since I called before and said I was issueing a cease and disist and needed their address.

Family has been harassed by Russle Grant. Mentioned Josephe Prescott as an attorney that was going to file fraud charges against us. Threatened to file civil suit and mentioned court costs of $2,466 v. an out of court settlement of $877. He gave me an ultimatium of having to making payment today or charges would be filed. Looked up numbers and name of his agency...Delaware Arbitration Group. It's a fake website. Number listed is 716-514-4892.

VM left by Carmichael re: Legal documentation in office concerning lawsuit set to be filed in Kane country against __. (I am not___) Docket #__, please call to discuss. I called because I do not need to pay for messages not for me. Mr Rogers answered call. Carmichael was "on vacation", Mr Rogers refused to disclose what co did, transferred to Rosco Grant. He refused to remove my # even though I told him I was not the person they wanted, called me a liar, stupid, said he was not listening to me, he can do what he wants and I can't stop him. Never did they identify that this was an "effort to collect a debt". Google shows they are a debt collector.
