He calls my work and cell phone repeatedly stating that he is going to have me arrested if I don't call and give a statement.
They are charging me with attempt to defraud a financial institution, check fraud, and breach of contract or submit to voluntary restitution.
That "they" will have an affidavit sowrn out in the next 24 hours and they are coming to get me.
they are calling from and asking me to call 866-885-9728.
You have got to be kidding me! These people need to be locked up. They NEVER EVER say who it is that they are "representing". Gee I wonder why.
