A FAKE. Phishing for your personal info. Robot generated calls, with phony Caller ID and phony location. Custom "caller ID" generated to be a similar sounding name like your city's name, so that you believe an honest mistake has been made by some shipping company to a similar address, and in a town of similar sound or name. An honest mistake? NO. Don't trust caller ID's any more either. Machines can name the caller anything that they want.
