At first I thought it was a scam but When they called I spoke with Melissa who verified that it was the Department of Civil procedure trying to deliver a summons, come to find out there was a case pending against me which she helped me to settle out of court with them and was very pleasant.

I was told that I was being served paperwork and needed to call 877 299 9512 and reference Case# 1PL7643 to get instructions. I attempted to get additional information from Sandra who told me to just call the 1 877 number and I could reference my social security number. I told her this sounded fishy. I then called the 1 877 number and Trever answered asked how he could help.
