I received a similar message. Obviously, this is a scam. Ending with "have a blessed day" is a bit comical.

We could barely understand him, but he said his name was Mark Johnson and that we should call him back immediately about a legal action being taken against us. He said to "call immediately to avoid a legal mess" and then followed up with "have a blessed day."
