He was offoreign descent because i could just barely make out what he said. He had my name, address,ss# driver's liscense# and also my private cell phone no. Then he claimed i owned 400.00 but they would settle out of court for 695.00 if it went to court it would cost me 9,000.00 that i could decide which way it was going to be. He said he was a police officer . This has to be stopped.

I received a call today from an man who identified himself as an officer (although I couldn't understand his name due to his heavy middle eastern accent. He said he had an affidavit, and that I had the option to hire an attorney and risk going to jail, or to settle it out of court.He then started speaking in a threatening matter when I said that I wouldn't settle over the phone. He also said that he would make sure that I would be in serious trouble.
i just don't answer the phone when i see this number now and he keeps leaving threating voicemails. hopefully he get tired of trying and give up
