this david clark is needing to contact me, he had an accent, said if i was too busy to contact him back to have my " recent "
lawyer call. he stated that my name was part of a lawsuit and if i did not contact him soon it would cause me a big "legal mess". i did try to contact him a number of times, i always got a busy signal. in the back of my mind i was thinking what lawyer used such bad grammar, but i figured what the heck. i came home googled the phone number "917-832-1129", and found all these complaints. what a sap i was, oh well not to worry i can't wait till the scammer tries to contact me again, i have some choice american things i cant wait to tell him.

Call was supposedly about a legal action that had been started against me and that I needed to call back as soon as possible or if I was too busy to have my retail attorney to call. Any delay would end up in a legal mess for me. I did call back and asked if they had the right person and they did have my old address.I asked for someone to tell me what it was about and got disconnected. Tried to call back, but could not get through.

Contact the Better Business Buru in your town and tell them what happend.. it is fraud.. and they will instgeivate..you will get the momeny back after the lawers are done with him.. and you will get 3 times as much so get a good one.. some are free then after the settlemnet they 10%.. of ot..do it on monday.. dont wait.. have the recipts.. have the dates.. have the name of the man .. his address. phone.. his business licence.. have it all so you can tell the BBB

James with a India sound call said I have an error with me 2012 Federal taxes.
They have sent us a letter that we did not respond to so they are contacting us this way.
If We don't speak with them and give them our attorney information, they will have a police officer at our door in 45 minutes.
Have a CPA do my taxes and haven't moved in 45 years. Told him he was a scammer and we'd be waiting on the police officer. He hung up on us.

If for any reason you are not call back, I would suggest you to have your most recent legal counsel to do for you.
I feel .....might end up to a legal mess for you.

Brian King with Indian accent just called from 347-408-0723 and left message saying we owed $4000 to IRS ...then he called back and told my daughter my wife would be arrested . Then I called the idiot and asked for his address and who he worked for at the IRS and he hung up .....Then when I called back again it is busy....I hope someone gets these guys

Received a call from "Dean Walker" w/the Dept. of Legal Affairs. Person had a heavy Indian accent, and rqst'd that I call him back immediately. Failing to do so would result in a big legal mess. Def. a scam, as I'm sure that if there was a legit issue, the caller would have identified it on my machine. additionally, I'm pretty certain that they would have used more professional language than "big legal mess".

I received a voice mail message from Officer Sean White at 571-207-8536 on 6/09/2015. His English was excellent but had a very slight unidentifiable accent. The message said something like, "Do not ignore this message. If you do, you or your attorney will have consequences." I called the number and a man who sounded exactly like the caller identified himself as Officer Ray Morgan with Badge # 281562. He asked my name and I told him that first I needed information from him so I could verify it. He said he was with the Dept of Legal Affairs, Crime & Investigation Dept, IRS Division, 1121 Constitution Ave, Richmond, VA. He said I could call "any police dept" and they would be able to verify his badge #. I told him I'd research everything and call back if indicated. I searched the business/department name on White Pages. Nothing. And nothing with that exact dept with a general search. The White Pages did locate the cell phone number in Leesburg, VA and show it flagged as a telemarketer. No company name. The record shows four complaints for this number. Based on this and all the above comments, I will NOT be calling them back!

Scam call - they had my name address and phone # - called to discuss 'legal action being taken against me by U.S. Treasury' not believable since I have no legal issues but I played along. They 'transferred me to the U.S. Treasury rep' and mentioned several legal notices that I have not responded to, resulting in criminal action and charges about to be filed. Then he said the I.R.S. agents would come to my residence and arrest me for 6 months. At that point I said 'this doesn't sound right' and hung up.

The caller ID comes up with the name John Bergin. We have gotten a message very similiar to this months back that I believe was the same woman. But from a different phone number. I did reverse look up and this one was a land line out of LA in CA
