had a call at 5:30pm while i was at work,the caller threatening me that i applied(which i did) for a pay day loan and when the time came for me to pay back the the loan,there was insuff. in my acct. and the bank refused to pay on my behalf.she told me i was going to be arrested,that police will come the next day,i ask the Indian lady(the caller) to give me her company's info.she refused,and told me goodluck with my arrest and cut off the call.i tried to trace the call back but it went to detpt. of legal affairs per voice message,(a thick indian accent)the machine is full.this is the phone number:213-283-8557.they have info too.

This number has called my cell and my work stating she is from the dept of legal affairs and investigstion and said that there was a lawsuit against my social and that I need to call or have my attorney call this number. Stated her name is Samatha and her direct number is 1-818-337-3042. This is time sensitive if I do not reply all she had to say is ahe wish me good luck as this situation fold on you goodbye. Then I got a call at work saying the same thing but the number was a direct line to Micheal Carter. When you call this number it goes to a voice mail which is full

They said they had a lawsuit against my social and then verified my social to me and told me to call 818-337-3042 for a Micheal Carter. The mailbox was full. After digging online a lot of people are saying this is a scam. Just be warned.

I received a call today from a gentleman w/ a thick indian accent, I asked him what is this in reference to, he would not tell me. He gave me 213-283-8557 and told me to call and speak to Michelle Brown. When I called the message box was full so I could not leave a message.
