Caller with a strong Indian accent called my job at least 20 times and insisted that he would continue to call and tie up the lines. Requested that he send me something in writing. He refused and stated he would continue to call repeatedly and tie up the lines.

continues to call back to back calls and when I ask him for information on the company that I am suppose to owe money to he gets very defensive. Continues to call me after I have asked him numerous times to STOP!!!!
