Calls late, even on Sundays, and have thus far ignored all the calls. I am however tempted to answer and return this phone abuse.
Looks like, following research by others, that this is someone pretending to be the CDC.
He's just data mining, or has a scam in mind to get your money from you.
You can be sure he has a tiny penis too.
