caller said my credit card had been used 7 days ago in central America for a motel room.... asked if I had been there..... then said it was used for food , then, clothing... would not say which credit card company.... would not respond to any of my questions..... called at 9:15 on a Saturday night-----beware ---- pure AH

Another unconnected call from a forged caller ID. A search of the internet on that number reveals the caller represents California Energy Initiatives, LLC. Many complaints regarding spam phone calls. Company called and left a messge on my cellphone stating that they are going to serve a warrant for my arrest at my place of work which is Department of Corrections for writing bad checks and stated I have been officially notified.
I have never written bad checks and I have the ability to perform record checks, so ofcourse I have no warrants. I will be speaking to an attorney that works in my building to find out what I should do about this scam. From the post about I believe this is southpoint management group. I will press charges and I am so glad I found this site.
