Voice message said it's the last time they'll try to reach me, and I have just a few days to rectify some matter before they process my case and serve me papers. Threatening voice tone added the effect of the message. Of course, no mention of my name on the message. Only to call back by 6pm at 218-206-8547... FRAUD!
