What is wrong with DirecTV? I canceled my DirecTV service and now I've been getting this annoying "Customer Satisfaction" phone calls! Well, I'm totally not satisfied with you guys so please end my dilemma by NOT calling ever again.

I answered, since I am on the DNC Register, Unlisted, Unpublished, new number. They asked for me. I was screening calls, I asked who was calling, they asked for me, I told them I was not here, they said nothing and hung up. ggrrr. I called the number back. It is DirecTV. I just canceled them due to billing issues with QWest. After 5 years, the last thing I expected from QWest was double billing on all services the month before Christmas. Goodbye QWest. Now, with the hang up call from DirecTV, the likelihood of me changing back to them dropped to less than nil.

Tried to offer us Starz for being loyal Directv customers. First it sounded like a free trial month and she was going to sign us up before I barely had a chance to respond. I interrupted her to ask if it was free or paid and learned it was paid. SNEAKY and shame on you, Directv.
