I, too, have been receiving these calls. I just reported this scam to my local FBI branch.

I have been getting calls from her, too, threatening to take me to court. She does not give a name, company, or information as to where she is calling from.
Upon doing some research, I have tracked down the 888-314-5225 number to the following address: Chestnut Hill Apartments 8701 Chestnut Circle Kansas City, MO 64131.
