My cable company's name was used too, only it was Comcast. This is a security scam. I never call these numbers. My instinct is that they want you to call thema nd they can use your number.

I called Time Warner Cable and this number doesn't belong to them. The Scammer locked up my computer and put a virus on my Google account. Obviously they wanted me to call the number so they could get it too. What a jerk! These scammers need to be found and dealt with. They don't know who in the hell their messing with. lol

This one is a weird one. I got a cellphone call at 1100 AM today, which I missed. There was no voicemail left. The WhoCalled phone app said it was in Florida. THEN, I got a text message from the same number, which said:
Busy - will call or text you soon. (Checkout WhoAreYou: http://who.youmail.com))
I'm really waiting with bated breath for either thing to happen......I can't figure what the scam is, when they try to help you expose themselves.
