I received the same msg - This is Mr. Martin. They called my house looking for someone else. I asked them to remove my number from their database. I have noted the time & date so if they call again...it is considered harassment. These people route the calls through a local number so that when you hit redial you get a call center. DO NOT give them any information over the phone even if you owe the debt. Do not provide any bank information. They have purchased old debt (over 10 yrs) from Bank of America, Chase, Wachovia, etc. They buy these debts for very little and try to collect on them. They have to prove you owe this debt. Tell them they can send you whatever paperwork they will file via mail or fax. This is your consumer right. One operator got smart with me. She told me that I have nothing better to do and that I need to get a job. Hung up on me. They are called Dynamic Recovery Solution
