Called Sat, 11/1, 1:56 PDT. Caller ID showed "Electric Serv" and this number. My phone answered by Sentry robo call blocker which gives message that we do not accept calls from telemarketers, to remove our number from their call list, and to press 0 if they wanted to leave a message. No message left.
