This a complete scam! I too received a "account review notice". After opening it, there is NO address and no name of the company represented. I called FIVE TIMES and the reps would not provide any identifiable information. I spoke to Chris initially who was nice until I asked for an address, at the point he hung up. I called back and spoke to Nancy who also would not provide identifiable information. I called back and spoke to Oscar who provided the street number but hung up immediately. (Coward). I called back and was immediately hung up. I called back and spoke to Elizabeth Davis (who was very nice). I explained my situation. And that wanted her to identify who they are after all, they claim to have my property information and "reviewed my account". I told her I will call non Stop until they help. She provided an address. To be honest, after being hung up on so many times, each time I got more and more angry! After all, what are they hiding?? She said that there name and address was on the form. I looked at both sides, NO NAME NO ADDRESS. She said that they were careful of providing an address because they recently let someone named "Ron" go. If he worked there, wouldn't he know the address???? I asked her if she was in my position wouldn't she want to know who has her information?? She responded "listen to yourself, you are raving mad over a piece of paper". Truthfully, I was raving mad and after being hung up on so many times, there reps hiding their identities ( address and company names and who has my information trying to solicit mortgage assistance) and this clown trying to tell me what's on a piece of paper INFRONT OF ME, yes I was anything but nice. A reputable company would clearly have no issues with identifying themselves. Additionally, they would not hang up on a customer because they want to know additional information on who they are. I was nice to the initial reps but unfortunately Elizabeth took the full brunt of my anger. I have NO PATIENCE FOR SCAMMERS!!!

Yes I had a similar call and the very same thing happened! I have no idea who else they called but the same tactics were used. Best to contact the Attorney General in their state and file a formal complaint. I intend to do this. They are a fraud don't give them any information.

We received several of these calls on our business line, stating that someone had already been to our business address to serve us papers. Our store is open from 8 am to 10 pm and someone is here 7 days a week, believe me nobody has been here to "serve papers." This company is a scam and a fraud. Don't answer their calls - this set of calls came from North Carolina. A bunch of frauds.

Funny, I spoke to the same imbecile. "DF Services" called no less than 15 family members and friends telling each person that they were process servers and the matter involved a "court case". The number that appeared on all caller ID's was 828-919-6798.
Take heed:
DF Services is using ILLEGAL collection tactics by 1) stating there is a Court Case when none exists 2) informing persons other than the individual they are seeking that the matter involves a court case
They must really hate their jobs.
Anyway, they are a bunch of hacks that do not know the law. Make sure you record the call when you speak to them. They have no integrity.

Someone from 210-346-9146 called several family members giving them a reference number and telling them if I did not call back they would process serving papers on me. I called the number, spoke to Elizabeth she said the company is DF Services a process server in Texas she would not tell me the city. She said I had to call 877-285-4796 to give them the reference number the call disconnected. When I tried to call 210-346-9146 back the message I heard was "the majic jack customer you are calling is unavailable"

I have received MULTIPLE voicemails from this phone number saying I had won a bridal package, that I needed to call back in order to claim. The first time I received the call, I actually talked with them and you have to attend some meeting. Basically, it's a scam.

Keep getting calls from different numbers within the 603 area code, like most people when I ask them to stop calling they just keep calling from different numbers. You cannot get a word in edgewise. Keep blocking every number they use to no avail. There has to be something you can do.
