April 17, 2014. "Eric Watson" from India who did not speak english called my mother 3 times. She woke me up thinking it was important. I knew Microsoft would have no way of knowing who I was, and the Caller ID says "Caller Unknown", even though he gave her a return number that belonged to WinCure Pro. He tried to convince my mother that I had to give them access to my computer or I was going to lose all my data. My conversation with him was short: He told me I needed to be in front of my computer to do this. I said I'm not doing this because I don't trust this. He hung up on me without saying a word.
