She was probably the worst person I have ever spoken with. I have had a few agencies call me before and never had any issues. But this one was the worst experience. She threatened to take my car, seize my assets and garnish my wages. When I explained that I have never even heard about this debt nor have I received any proof of it, she said they could not provide documentation and they have all the proof they need.
