I have gotten calls similar to this in the past and I gave these people $600 of my money only to find out it was a scam.

I have received a total of 13 calls from this number just today. They also have an app that they are using to call and it appears to be calling from you own cell phone number. Jason Thomas states he is an officer with the Federal Trade Commission. I advised him that he was committing fraud stating he was calling from an American Government Federal Office. This in turn is why I am positive that I have received 12 more calls. Very heavy Indian accent. I have called the FTC and filed a complaint as well I have filed with the Ohio State Attorney Generals office.
I would HIGHLY recommend contacting the FTC as they are the office that these FRAUDULENT scammers are stating they are from.

These people sound foreign, like indian or something and keep saying they are officers from the federal trade commission and that I have charges pressed against me and that if I don't cooperate I will be picked up by sherrifs at my home. they will not stop calling. somehow they have my information and they keep harrassing me and from what I have read online they are many many many more victims like myself out there.

Holder of phone asked to transfer to director of agency as phone number is State Agency cellphone used for emergency contact. Caller hung up.
