this a scam! they call multiple times a day saying that I was eligible for an $8,000 grant because I don't have a criminal record and I pay my taxes on time and for basically being a good citizen. They asked that I go to Walmart and pay western union $200 for a pin to get a visa card, but assured me I would get my $200 back. once I told them I knew they were scam artists, and it is illegal to pose a member of the federal government, they started calling and hanging up on me up to 8 times a day when I would answer.
