This foreign speaking idiot keeps calling me up to 6 times a day saying he is from windows 10, I have repeatedly told him to stop calling me and the calls just keep coming starting at 7 am until after 8 pm. This is harassment and someone should put a stop to it.

this caller is a scam. Feds and police have been alerted. Do not speak or even answer when they call, just answer (to stop ring) then hang up. This is what the FBI is telling people to do.
