This caller had "American" sounding name with a heavy accent. First original call was from phone # 8004905438. Forghany law, Lawrence, Mass. Forgot to put first phone # in last entry. Then spokw with Dean Patterson, again foreign accent, Andover, Mass. Even given a ref. # 109257. Filed FTC report 2/2/16. First call came 2/1/16. Spoke to Adam Scott, sounded Asian. When requested written validation was put on hold, manager Sam Le answered, same voice. Told him same. Supposedly a letter from Forghany Law was sent to me at a very old address per his statement in 2011, and I ignored it. Now going to file lawsuit. Cannot garnish my wages even if I end up in court and these nuts are actually legit. Hardly think so.

Got calls from first # 8668445255 saying they were going to file a lawsuit on me for debts I owed to a hospital here in Nevada. Different callers, different names. First from Lawrence, Mass. Then from Andover, Mass. Refused to give them any info after being scammed from Stark Recovery. Did have my address, zip incorrect, but last 4 digits of soc. security #. Told them I wanted written verification by mail concerning dates,service, cost of each. Were asking for $672.30. That was Feb. 1, 2016. No verification yet. Wanted to send verification by e mail. Refused. Filed complaint with FTC, lifelock notified, put identity theft on all credit agencies, lasts 90 days.Last time I did speak with them, been ignoring calls, told them they're filed with FTC and police report made. Still getting calls, will not answer. Don't know what else to do. Hospital states I owe $86.84. Now getting calls from area code 610/Pennsylvania, today area code 205/Alabama. Not answering. Could change phone #, but if all these guys are so savvy, can find that too. And this is a cell, not a landline. UGH
