Received a voicemail from a female who left her name (Cheryl Logan), stating she was calling about an AGGRESSIVE FRAUD CLAIM for a person named Kelvin Burns...(whom I never heard of?) Stated that he was involved in some fraud claim and that I knew him or was party to the claim. I was given a reference case # L129995 to call back to discuss or have my legal representative contact them. I decided to use my handy internet service and research world wide web for this "Complaint Unit". I recognized the number was from Austin, TX area due to the area code given, (512) 693-4120. I have worked in Law Enforcement, and I ASSURE YOU....no one contacts you by phone in reference to an Aggravated Complaint about anything! LOL
PEOPLE BEWARE.....THE FRAUD GAME IS ALIVE AND THRIVING! They will find you, even if your phone number is UNLISTED!!! Welcome to the New Mellenium...... Report this Sh@#$%$#@!!!!

I had a voicemail from a Gloria Gresham, stating that there was an aggravated complaint in reference to a Lisa Alandando, and I need to call this office before fraud charges are filed on me gave me a case number L110607-TX - I do not know anyone by that name, and have to laugh at the bs call

Received a call from this person today stating there is fraud case against me and I 'should govern myself accordingly to resolve this matter'. According to Lisa Norman I was to contact their office at (216) 255-5109. I have never been involved in or committed any type of fraudulent activity. I do plan on reporting this company to the police for harassment and to the BBB.

Lady called and prentended to transfer me to all these different departments. Meanwhile threatening to have a warrant issued for me and then send the cops to my house. All for a bad check from 2011. I acted scared on the phone meanwhile googling the statue of limitations for a bad check (3 years). Then I proceeded to verbally lay the smackdown on her.
