Collection law firm ... gariden associate firm loss mitigation department looking to scare you about a law suite about a debt you may or may not owe. Either way they don't care. Apparently this must be a new number because of the lack of information about them. Apparently this "law" firm isn't proud of their company either since it's not listed. So one can assume that they are not a legit collection agency. Just another scare tactics used by collection agencies. Please know your rights, you can read about them under the fair collection act. You'll see that you have more rights than these collection agencies will ever admit. In fact I just read an article on yahoo about a collection agency going "polite" to collect money. Ya, I didn't buy it either.
