Person that calls says "This is IRS, you have been named in a suit and you or your lawyer need to call back ... " When you call back they say that Gary Jordan is not in and identifies you by name and then begins asking questions. If you try to verify whom you are speaking too he gets very defensive and wont name himself. I advised I wanted to call the IRS to verify his identify and he hung up.
