This was a junk text promoting a night club in Anaheim. Sleazy joint uses mass junk texts for advertising that is illegal by FTC rules and unethical. I filed an FTC complaint and advise anyone who has been getting this type of call to do the same.

This guy is out of control I know a lot of people that get these annoying txt spams from him that never signed up for anything. If you check out yelp there is complaint after complaint about this guy. What kind of trouble would they get into for getting lists of cell phone numbers from an employee at a local cell phone provider??

Got a hold of the General Manager of the club, Chris, his number is (949) 929-3337, I believe this is his cell phone. Spoke with him and asked him to call me back on Tuesday (which is when George De La Vega comes into the offices), to confirm my name is off the distribution list. George will be out of town until Monday and back in the office on Tuesday, so I was told there may be the possiblity that I may recieve another text before then. Will repost on Tuesday to say how well this worked out in removing my number from this distribution list.
Recieved a text this afternoon saying my number was removed from the distribution list. Here's hoping he didn't lie to me!
