The people calling are SPOOFING this number so there is no assurance that the owner of this number is the same entity. Only criminal or shady enterprises SPOOF their phone number. As of 2011 Congress made this a crime.

Ah, another tahred on the Internet gone to hell because a few people think they know something about politics and that what they know entitles them to be annoying, know-it-all bullies. Sure, you’re wasting time here while they’re all out there writing public policy, but yeah, you know so much better than they do. You’ve got it all figured out. Why, the only thing stopping this economy from completely repairing is the fact that *you* aren’t in public office! But instead of writing your local politician about it or finding an effective way to circulate your opinions, you choose to bitch and whine on the comments section of a website!
