This called and said that a suit had been filed against me for a payday loan. I have never taken out a payday loan. He told me that I would be arrested if i did not return his call today. This is the second call I have received like this. My bank suggested i Check my credit report and it is clean. The number is 518-565-0326. If this was true, I would be receiving something by mail or local sheriff's department. I have freinds and family that work for the secret service and they say this is a scam. They would love to find these people.

Person with thick accent called my work and cell number advising that my name and social security number were facing serious court allegations and to call 313-355-5702 ASAP. Said if my attorney or myself did not contact them that I would have to deal with serious consequences LOL. Total scam but I am worried how they got my cell and work number.
