I got a call from this company yesterday, 11/14/11 stating that I was due in court today, 11/15/11. Offered a settlement payment plan if I didn't won't to go to court. Gave me until end of business today to make a down payment.

same thing said i was in big trouble and if i didnt pay in 24hrs he was going to prosicute me criminaly(number one debt is not criminal its civil) when i told him to send me original documents or paper work he declined and hung up these guys are breaking the law there has been numoures complaints to the goverment about this company dont give any info and dont be scared and dont pay anything unless you have documentation and even then dont give credit or checking account info
