received a call from 0320756994 at 1.25pm today (27/11/2013) saying his from HSBC and checking If I have registered for online banking. I said yes, he immediately said ok thank you and hung up. When I called HSBC one of the agent said no such call will be made by HSBC.

try the cease and desist route ask if the calls are reordced when they say YES, tell them good, so you can both be REAL clear that you do NOT want any more calls from them, and if you do, you will view them as harassment and ask / take her name down when she calls, adding that you will be SURE to name her should you need to sue IF they call again.References :

THEY NEVER EVER EVER LEAVE A MESSAGE...THEY CALL FROM AT LEAST 4 DIFFERENT NUMBERS ABOUT 15 TIMES A DAY... I HAVE CALLED AND TT THE REPS. WHILE I HAVE NOT MISSED A PAYMENT BUT I AM BEHIND... A REP SAID THAT UNLESS I CAN PAY ALL THE BEHIND PART IT DOES ME NO GOOD TO MAKE $160 PAYMENT BECASUE ILL JUST GET MORE LATE FEES.. THAT WILL PUT ME OVER THE LIMIT AGAIN..SO I PAID 10 AND PUT THE OTHER MONEY ON ANOTHER BILL....THEY DON'T REALLY WANT THE MONEY THEY JUST WANT TO CALL YOU.
