Received call on 3/20/09 @ 9:35 am EST. Caller says his name is Jeff and he is with Internal Data Resources (IDR), an IT staffing company (temp. service). He obtained a copy of my resume prior to contacting me; possibly, from one of the job seeking/career Websites. Under the guise of prospective (new) employment, he proceeded to review my credentials and ask me questions or provide additional details about them. He also asked me to verify my contact information and other personal data. Toward the end of the phone call, he stated that there were currently no positions available. This threw up a BIG RED FLAG. When the call was finished, I contacted IDR and they informed me that there was no such person named Jeff and they do not have an office in Knoxville. They added that they were aware of other similar reports of "Jeff" making calls and posing as an IDR employee. I filed a police report with KPD, but haven't heard anything back from them as of yet.

Never called phone # given. I did apply for a grant, but I GOOGEd info and came to this websight. I hope no one is naive enough to send money to anyone promasing to give them a grant. I havevrecieved a feferal grant before and it didnt cost me anything.
