From minimal paying morons that just graduated from Mcdonalds or illegals- take your pick. Hound you and harass as it turns out ,we have no rights no recourse. Sadly these phone bullies can routinely break the law and there proud of it. If you Google map there address see what corruption will buy you- It just shows you that human feces comes in many shapes and sizes.

My wife gets harassing calls from this number. The caller is always rude, aggressive and just plain annoying. We're thinking of discussing this with our lawyer.
