Some foreigner called stating I had miscalculated federal taxes from 08-14 taxes .. They even went as far to give me employee Id # warrant number .. Etc.. He said I received several notices about payment and ignored them all.. I was told my loca sheriffs office was coming to serve me a summons within 20 . minutes (haha).. He even had an attitude when I questioned him.. So beware!!! SCAM ... I called them back and left a message and my number and told them I was calling from TAX CRIME DIVISION and their local sheriffs office would be there in 20 minutes of they didn't respond.... Lol

I have received calls (3), called back after hours and the message came back as the magic jack customer you are trying to reach is not available. I have done a look up on phone # provided 718-337-8776 does show as queens, NY even though they have indicated Bronx. He was requesting my lawyer, informed I was going to give any information out until I understood the allegations. all they said was 2008-2013 tax returns. They hung up on me and are not answering my call backs.... they did speak with indian accents. I have a badge number 16108 for Officer Jason Clark and Senior advisor of Eric Foster.

I am getting harassing calls from a 'Officer Brooks' (even though his speech was not American), Badge # 2611 from the Tax Crime Investigation Unit from Brooklyn, NY. He is telling me I have been missing my IRS payments and I have criminal charges. My issue is I have never been contacted by the IRS about owing them anything. I asked for them to send me copies of the letters they sent me and that is when his temper started to show.

A man with an Indian-ish accent left a message claiming to be from the IRS Tax Fraud Department. The message said I or my attorney needed to call back immediately or a warrant would be issued for my arrest. I called my local Police department and they said it was a scam
