I received a vmessage at 8:54am today from Jack Daniels (very heavy indian accent) who stated I or my Lawyer needed to return the call and that the matter was urgent and I shouldnt disregard but if I did he wished me good luck as the events unfolded. I called back and got through to Annie who claimed she was calling on behalf of the Kevin Corbin law firm and that federal charges were being brought against me for basically not paying back a payday loan with company named Cash Advance. She had my ssn, name of my workplace, and home address. She threatened that the sheriff would serve me papers at my work place and home and that I could get a lawyer when I see them in court FEB 1. She then hung up the phone. I have filed a complaint with FTC and you should do the same...FTC.gov
