Has been scamming money on Green Dot cards from my wife for months. Middle eastern accent, no information on what loan was involved only that 3 "allegations" are against her and she has paid for 1. He got her with she will be arrested go to jail and lose her job if she doesn't pay., She told him this morning she is not paying any more and his response is he will keep calling her employer until she pays something. I filled out a commplaint with FTC and the FBI tips form. I hope they catch him soon.
