Phone number 703 662-8337 is an IRS SCAM call. Beware this is NOT the IRS and they will try to tell you that you will be arrested if you don't pay money owed to IRS. They will try to get you to wire money, dont do it! It is a scam.

James Watson left a message for my mother stating that he was from the U. S. Department of Legal Affairs and he was calling to give her verbal notification of a law enforcement action against her. He also said that her or her attorney should call him back at 916-282-9257 because this was an important matter. My mother is elderly and called me so upset about the phone call. I called the number back with my mother on the other line and asked for his employee ID which he provided as SY4856. I told him that he left a message for my mother and we want to know what this is about and he hung up. I tried to call back and it would ring once and then go to a busy signal. I then tried from a different phone and James Watson answered and told him I knew this was a scam and he said "Well then why did you call back again?" Trying to find where I can report this to the U.S. Department of Legal Affairs but not having any luck.

This scammer called saying that there's a pending legal case against me, and if I don't call back, there will be police coming to arrest me. Caller has an Indian accent, claimed he's from the IRS, even though no one from the IRS would call you...
