Someone calling themselves Jarrett McCain, from UNITED MEDIATIONS FIRM, CALIFORNIA, has been calling my job, and my HR Department, threatening to "serve" me with "papers" if I don't make "arrangements" with them to pay an "alleged" pay day loan of 1278.02.
They claim to represent First Bank of Delaware. When we called the FBI's Internet Crimes Unit (877) 438-4338, and The Consumer Rights Law Firm (877) 700-5790, both agencies Googled (United Mediations Firm - (866) 924-9418), and found both the number and the company, to be a big SCAM!
