This person keeps calling me to speak to my daughter. She gives me detailed information about what information she has on her. Has even faxed me confidential information that is even stamped "CONFIDENTIAL"! Tells me to tell my daughter they are going to garnish her wages and stop any income tax refunds until they are paid in full. How does she know this information is safe with me and that I am even her mother. This is extremely unprofessional!

This person called my phone looking for someone other than me. Started telling me all about the person he was looking for and wanted me to take messages for her. Then he accused me of being that person and demanded my name. I told him I was not that person he was calling for, again he demanded my name. I told him I didn't have to give him my name and hung up on him!
