Threatened me if I or my attorney failed to return call. Said something terrible would happen to me if I did not immediately return call. As a retired federal court officer, I considered calling her back and telling her to send someone to arrest me as I needed a vacation in federal prison.

Has the heaviest Inidan accent but claims her name is Jessica Roland. Says that your attorney should call back or else all she can say is good luck with the windfall about to come down on you.
Really would the IRS threaten you like that on a voice mail?
Also, the recording says this message is for YOU. No name given.
I bet if the IRS made calls they would state your name at least.
What a scam. I tried calling back and it went to the voice mail for a person named Gwen.

Got the exact same call. Impersonating a federal officer is a felony. Did some checking and the phone company provider Infotelecom, LLC - NY was apparently sold with all its assets in december of 2013. The FCC and IRS should go after them.
