Have been calling my cell phone and job since last week back to back at least 15x saying im a us runaway and I owe a cash advance loan not true when I asked them to send me something in writing they hang up I finally filed a police report he sd I was dead. That call annoyed everybody I hope immigration can find them or something

Called me 8 times in an hour....threats to have lawsuits and legal actins aginst my wife if we didn't pay them from a place called "Cash Advance". Jim Carter is the guys name and I'm unable to understand him the accent is so thick. He also called my wife numerous times. Fact is we have just finished a bankruptcy and EVERYTHING was discharged in it. I'm all for hunting this guy down!
I did enjoy forcing him to spell everything and repeat everything 5-6 times. I actually got him yelling at me about not being able to understand him since he was too hard to understand, and I wanted a supervisor but of course there wasn't one.

This is the second call I have received claiming to be the IRS. They claim that I have been committing tax fraud and after several attempts to contact me they are now suing me. When I confronted the caller he became hostile claiming he would have me arrested. I hung up instead of being harassed. So frustrating and they won't stop calling.
