I received two calls of the same nature but the number was 0949. I chose not to make any contact at all. I'll wait and see if they call back and maybe I'll just ask for a case number from the start. Thanks for your input. His name was Peter Smith (yeah, right)

Left message that I needed to call back because legal action was being taken against me. When I returned call they said the IRS was taking action against me on my 2010 taxes and wanted my attorney's number. When I asked for a case number they hung up. I called again and got the same person with a different name. I said they sounded just like the person that just hung up on me and they hung up again.

I received another call today and decided to return the call this time I spoke with "Chris" who was "Robert Morgan's" "para legal" and he wanted me to call back in fifteen minutes because Mr Morgan was in a meeting with the police. I asked for a case number and he hung up. I called back and he answered again and hung up again. I called a third time and Mr. Morgan answered, but sounded like the same guy that hung up on me twice before. I told him I was a lawyer and wanted a case number for the action being taken against nme for back taxes. I told him I was not delinquent with any taxes. He asked if my middle initial was C and it is not. He then asked for the last four digits of my SSN and I laughed. He then asked if I was located in New York and I told him there was no one in New York with my name. He apologized for having the wrong number and I told he did, but I had his and hung up
