This is a sketchy "Veterans Charity" solicitor. I received a call from 262-577-0142 on 09/23/2015 at 11:35 AM, caller name ID read as "Unavailable." We have been receiving numerous and repeated calls from this organization which I believe to be National Vietnam Veterans Foundation, Inc. D/B/A American Veterans Support Foundation (J. Thomas Burch Jr., President). These calls do originate domestically, but they hide behind the cloak of a 501(c)3 organization so they are exempt from the National Do Not Call List.
