This number was given to me as a callback number for a man who went by the name John Baker. He was running a Publisher's Clearing House scam and asking for me to pay 1% of the prize winnings. I immediately thought it sounded fake and asked for a call back number then verified that it was a scam online. This number and man has already been reported to the real PCH company who said they would be reporting it to the authorities.
